    What kind of photo should I submit for the best result?

    A clear, high-resolution photo works best. The sharper and higher quality the image, the cleaner and more detailed the final result will be.

    For light boxes specifically, photos with good contrast, clear subjects against a defined background, tend to produce the most striking results. If you are unsure whether your photo will work well, you can reach out to us before ordering and we will let you know.

    Do I need to send the photo before my order ships?

    Yes, you can upload your photo before placing your order using the “Upload Photo” option on the product page. Most products also show a live preview so you can adjust your image before adding it to your cart.

    Our team reviews every photo before production to make sure it looks good. If there’s any issue, we’ll contact you first, so nothing gets made with the wrong image.

    how is the photo added to the product, is it printed or something else?

    It depends on the product. For our photo light boxes and other photo gifts, the image is laser engraved directly into the acrylic panel, no ink, no printing. The photo is permanently etched into the material itself and glows beautifully when the light is on.

    For photo blankets and other fabric products, the image is printed using a process designed to hold up through regular washing. Each product page explains how the image is applied for that specific item.

    What happens if I’m not happy with how my photo turned out?

    We check all photos before production and will reach out if there’s a problem. If there’s a mistake on our end (like a printing or engraving error), we’ll replace the item for free.

    Since personalized items are custom-made, they can’t be returned or exchanged once produced correctly. If you’re unsure about your photo, it’s best to contact us before placing your order.

    How long does delivery take?

    Most orders ship out of our Connecticut office within 1 to 2 business days. From there, delivery time depends on where you're located.

    Customers closer to the Northeast and New York City typically receive their orders faster (2 to 4 days after the order), while those further away can expect a few extra days in transit (3 to 6 days after the order).

    The further you are from Connecticut, the more time you should allow for delivery.

    What is your return policy?

    We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, reach out to us within 30 days of your order and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

    Because personalized items are made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on customized orders. However, if we make an error on your personalization, we will replace the item at no cost to you, no questions asked.

    For non-personalized items, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
