I would not buy from this company again. The product arrived scratched from bouncing around a box with no cotton over the keychains from carelessness in the production. I was offered a 25% refund, not a good answer for a customer. The defects had nothing to do with my personal wording on the keychains but was solely the responsibility of the company.

One of the ‘sleeves’ for a 40oz tumbler travel companion had a clasp that was too short and didn’t meet up with the rest of the clasp, rendering the clasp useless. Took a long time to receive order. Most likely will not order again. Could never reach company via phone, only online chat. However, customer service was good.
