    the product seems cheap made and the personalized inscription is so small i cant read without magnification. writing looks nothing like example, not even the larger capitol letters. a total waste of money.

    Hi. I hope you all are reading this because I’ve sent two emails and I’m honestly fairly disappointed. I haven’t received two of the gifts that you have said are delivered I’ve been billed for all of them. And I would definitely like a refund. I did two separate orders. One for a wrist wallet for my friend Jane one for my friend Alexis and one for my mom. I also did a dog treat container customized for my friend‘s dog named Bruno. I’ve received emails that everything has been delivered by you and Shopify, I only received the wrist wallet for my friend Alexis and my mom. I would like a refund for the other two! Please get back to me. I’m on a very tight budget. Also, the quality of the leather is pretty dismal I have to say. It looks so much prettier online. I don’t hate them, but I don’t love them. Anyway, I’m not trying to rip you guys apart. I’m just wanting a refund and also want to give you my honest opinion on the quality of that wrist wallet.
