Shipping policy

Every personalized gift is made to order in Monroe, Connecticut, or by one of our trusted partner makers. Here is exactly how long it takes and what it costs.

Production time

• Gifts we make ourselves (engraved, embroidered, printed) ship within 2 business days of your order.
• Partner-made gifts ship in 1 to 5 business days. The exact number is shown under the Add to Cart button on every product page.
• Business days are Monday through Friday. Weekends and national holidays do not count.

Standard shipping in the United States

• Free on orders of $100 or more.
• $7.99 for orders up to $20, $8.99 up to $40, $9.99 up to $99.99.
• Delivery takes 4 to 10 business days after your gift ships, depending on where you live: Northeast 4 to 6, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and South 5 to 7, Mountain states 6 to 8, West Coast 6 to 10, Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories 8 to 12. Your exact window is shown at checkout.

Expedited shipping in the United States

• $29.99 for orders up to $60, $39.99 up to $100, $49.99 up to $200, $59.99 above $200. Some partner-made items are $19.99 to $49.99.
• Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after your gift ships. Production time still applies, so allow for both.
• Not available to Hawaii, Alaska or U.S. territories.

Canada

• Standard shipping $24.99 to $69.99 depending on order total, 8 to 14 business days after your gift ships.
• No expedited option, because customs transit time is outside our control.
• Duties and taxes charged by Canadian customs are the customer's responsibility.

Other countries

• Most of our personalized gifts ship only within the United States and Canada. A small number of partner-made items offer international shipping at checkout.

Tracking and delivery

• You receive a tracking email the moment your gift ships.
• We cannot change the shipping address after an order enters production, so please check it carefully at checkout.
• If a package arrives damaged, email support@groovygirlgifts.com with a photo within 7 days and we will replace it.

Personalization

• Your gift is made exactly as typed at checkout, including spelling and capitalization. Please double check names and dates before ordering.

Returns

• Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
