A lot of our personalized gifts for women include a live preview directly on the product page, as you enter a name, date, or custom message, you'll see exactly how it will look on the finished piece before you order. For other items like embroidered gifts or custom-printed products, you simply enter your details and our team takes care of the design.

We get it, typos happen to the best of us. As long as you catch it quickly, we can usually fix it. Just email us at support@groovygirlgifts.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll do our best to make the correction before your personalized gift goes into production.

Once an item has been engraved, embroidered, or printed, we aren't able to make changes, so the sooner you reach out, the better. It's always a good idea to double-check your spelling, names, and dates before placing your order (we've seen "Jesica" more times than we can count).
