I ordered the Kitchen Memories Glass Tupperware Set with personalization. There was a misunderstanding with the customization, but their customer service team was incredible. They quickly resolved the issue by sending out a new set of corrected lids right away. The glassware itself is excellent quality, and now that the personalization is perfect, I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend a company that stands behind their service!

Unfortunately we received the boxes on a Friday evening each one arrived with a typo. We were traveling to another state for a special event that we were hosting the following Friday. I wasn’t able to contact Customer Service until Monday morning. Tyler Carter, the representative, promised that he would have them to us by Thursday to bring to the event. He was a man of his word. They arrived on Thursday. We gave them out at dinner last night and everyone loved them. It was a huge success. Thank you Groovy Girl Gifts and Tyler!

I ordered this as a gift for my nephew's graduation. It turned out great! He loved it and will have it for years to come. I really loved the inscription on the inside. It was neat and fit perfectly. The shipping time was great as well. It arrived a couple days after I ordered it just in time for the graduation party.

I ordered 10 each of 10 different animal golf club covers for a tee gift for our lady's golf tournament. I believe they are going to be a big hit this year for our lady's. this year.
I went through every box and counted and examined each golf headcover and they were perfect.
I dealt with George and he helped me all the way through the ordering process and payment process. He was such a big help. I ordered them pretty early, but they arrived within a week from them receiving our payment.
