After a couple unexpected delays the Monogrammed muscle duffle was delivered AS promised on time. Looked great. Great communication.
Great gift, just as expected, fast delivery, very happy!!
Tyler, I can't thank you enough for all you done through the UPS nightmare we experienced. I said in my first email that it wasn't any fault of groovy gifts but you said if it came to it, you would redo the order and get it to me at no cost to me in time to gift it and that's exactly what you did. The reorder did show up today (15th) and tomorrow (16th) is when it is to be given. As I feared, the original package did arrive yesterday (14th) , but like you suggested, it did get damaged on the lost journey it took, so the reorder was not a waste. You stepped up when the fault was not on you guys and for that I will definitely be a repeat customer and share a new place to shop with my friends and family.
Again thank you and the company for everything.
5 star service !
My other friend was so jealous now ordering for her birthday!! So beautiful!
Everything was as described and it arrived in great condition. I had a lot of fragile items in the shipment and it was packed exceptionally well. Thank you!!
After researching many gift ideas for my son’s groomsmen gifts, I came upon the Groovy Groomsmen Gifts website. I found several good gift options but finally settled on the American Duffle bag. In deciding on this product specifically, I asked many questions via chat and email. Travis graciously answered every question and provided very helpful information. I purchased 7 American Duffle bags. They arrived quickly and were even better quality in person than I thought they would be. They are very high quality and will be useful, durable bags for the groom and his groomsmen for a long time to come. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of the bags we ordered, the great price for such a good product, or the amazing customer service
I bought the monogrammed duffel bag, Fantastic look and Quality, Fast shipping I am very happy with the product and my overall experience thnx so much !
Prompt order fulfillment; beautiful work. Can’t wait to give it to my son.
Great customer service, fast shipping, I will buy more items from here for sure!
I love all the products and they arrived super fast!
I ordered the mini bat with my son’s nickname on it that his teammates call him and the school he plays for as a gift. It was delivered very quickly.. and the bat and engraving were a 10/10! They do a very good job!
My husband was surprised and liked it a lot thinking it was very neat :)
I got a keepsake box for my best friends birthday. It was amazing. The customized print on the cover and inside the lid was perfect! I was so pleased.
I was so skeptical ordering this because, I did not like the process of being able to edit my order. Normally I would like to be able to see the updates and have it adjust on my screen so that I can see exactly what i'm getting. That did not happen! The fact that it shipped so quickly had me concerned. I thought that it definitely was a mistake and i should not have trusted this company. However, when I did receive my package, it was beyond my expectations, and i'm so excited to be able to give my dad this gift!
The decanter and glass came just as ordered….and quickly! Will be the perfect gift for our “aged” friend!
Our league is celebrating 10 years. Looked for the perfect gift to celebrate the occasion. Groovy golfer came through perfectly! Thanks!!
