The first Christmas in a new home has its own kind of magic. Boxes still stacked in the corner, a tree that barely fits the living room, and a front door that finally belongs to you. This first home ornament keeps that year on the tree for good.
A fine-line cottage with a heart in the gable and a curl of smoke from the chimney sits between two pine trees above the words OUR FIRST HOME. Below it, your family name or both first names in a flowing script, EST. with the year, and your street name if you add one, all inside a delicate ring with a small heart at the bottom. The frosted engraving catches the tree lights, so it looks lovely up close and from across the room.
It makes a thoughtful new home Christmas ornament for newlyweds, a couple who just closed on their first house, or grown kids in their first place, and a personal closing gift from a realtor. Every year it comes out of the box, it brings that first Christmas back with it.
How to Personalize
- Type your family name or both first names exactly as you want them engraved, such as The Garcias or Maya & Jordan (up to 18 characters).
- Enter the year you moved in. We engrave it as EST. and the year.
- Add your street name if you like. It is engraved in small capitals under the year, and the design looks finished without it.
