I had an unexpected issue with a recent order from 'groovygirlgifts.com.' As soon as I contacted customer service, Tyler immediately went to work to correct the matter. From the onset I knew my problem was as important to him as it was to me. Thanks to him, the matter was resolved very quickly. I cannot sufficiently express my gratitude and level of satisfaction with such outstanding customer service. Thanks to Tyler's interest and dedication, my anniversary was saved. Thank you again, Tyler!!!
