i gotta say the best duffle bag i ever owned. Very thick and durable canvass. The quality is perfect. Lots of room for all my stuff and two side pockets too. I got mine with the american flag on the flap. I was impressed that it was also on the inside of the flap. If i ever need another one ...absolutely I'll be back. Highly recommend.

I ordered the Kitchen Memories Glass Tupperware Set with personalization. There was a misunderstanding with the customization, but their customer service team was incredible. They quickly resolved the issue by sending out a new set of corrected lids right away. The glassware itself is excellent quality, and now that the personalization is perfect, I couldn’t be happier. Unfortunately we received the boxes on a Friday evening each one arrived with a typo. We were traveling to another state for a special event that we were hosting the following Friday. I wasn’t able to contact Customer Service until Monday morning. Tyler Carter, the representative, promised that he would have them to us by Thursday to bring to the event. He was a man of his word.
